About ISKCON Temple Bangalore

ISKCON Temple is located in the Rajaji Nagar area of Bengaluru and was inaugurated in 1997. The temple is a religious shrine dedicated to Lord Krishna as well as a cultural complex. ISKCON temples have a presence worldwide and are known to enroll the devotees of Lord Krishna for life and arrange various programs involving Lord’s consciousness and public awareness through songs and recitals.

Bangalore's ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness) temple is the most opulent of all ISKCON temples. Iskcon temple Bangalore provides a variety of spiritual and educational activities for devotees and the general public. Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma, the then-President of India, dedicated the temple and its cultural complex.

By Air

The Iskcon Temple Bangalore is situated just 33 km away from Bengaluru airport. From the airport, however, one can find luxury buses that ply straight to ‘Hare Krishna Hill’.

By Train

7 km from Kempegowda Bus Station and Bengaluru city railway station.

By Road

Buses run on all routes and though timing wise they aren’t the most reliable, it is definitely the cheapest mode of transport.
